SLIDE SHIPPING POLICY

(For All Shipped Slides)

Please include a printed copy of your order invoice (emailed to you), or clearly write your order number on a separate sheet of paper.
Enclose a legible copy of your government-issued ID along with the above documents.
Your slide will be returned after it has passed our quality inspection.
We strongly recommend shipping your slide with insurance and signature confirmation. Chosen Armory is not responsible for packages that are lost, improperly packaged, or incorrectly shipped.

FRAME SHIPPING POLICY

DW – Shipped Frame Policy

(For All Shipped Frames)

To ensure accurate processing and proper handling of your frame, please carefully follow the instructions below:

Place Your Order
Select your desired frame options and complete your order through our website or ordering system.
Order Documentation
Include a printed copy of your order confirmation email. If unavailable, clearly write your order number on a separate sheet of paper.
Identification Requirement
Enclose a clear, legible copy of your valid government-issued photo ID.
Accessory Inclusion
If you intend to retain specific accessories (e.g., magwells, extended magazine releases, removable backstraps), please include them with your frame to ensure proper fitment during customization.
Shipping Requirements for Serialized Frames
- All serialized frames must be shipped by a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee).
- The frame should be shipped by itself unless you are requesting a complete build—in which case, refer to our Slide Shipping Policy as well.
- Do not send gun cases or unnecessary items. Additional shipping fees may be charged for improperly packed or excessive contents.
- Shipments received directly from individuals (non-FFLs) will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

FFL Documentation
A physical copy of the transferring FFL’s license must be included in the package. Upon completion of work, your frame will be returned directly to that FFL.
Shipping Recommendations
We strongly recommend using an insured shipping method with signature confirmation.
Chosen Armory is not responsible for packages that are lost, improperly packaged, or shipped without appropriate documentation.

DW – Terms and Conditions for Firearm Stippling Services

Stippling is a precision process that enhances the grip, functionality, and aesthetic of a firearm through customized texturing. By submitting a firearm for stippling, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure legal compliance, protect both parties, and establish clear expectations for service delivery.

Legal Compliance

The customer affirms full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws.
Firearm modifications must not alter the legal classification or functional integrity of the weapon.

Ownership and Authorization

Only the legal owner of the firearm may submit it for stippling services.
Proof of ownership may be required prior to the commencement of any work.

Warranty and Liability

Firearm stippling is a permanent modification and may void any manufacturer warranty.
Chosen Armory is not liable for any damage incurred during or after the stippling process, except in cases of proven negligence.
A liability waiver must be signed prior to service initiation, releasing Chosen Armory from claims relating to alterations.

Customization and Design Specifications

A variety of stippling patterns, textures, and finishes are available.
Customers are solely responsible for approving or providing design specifications. Once work begins, design changes may not be possible.

Durability and Maintenance

Stippling is a non-reversible procedure. Repairs or alterations may not restore the firearm’s original appearance or texture.
Proper care of stippled surfaces is essential for longevity and performance. Maintenance guidelines will be provided upon request.

Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order and are subject to change based on workload, materials, or unforeseen delays.

Pricing and Payment Terms

A detailed quote, including stippling and any additional customization services, will be provided prior to starting work.
A non-refundable deposit may be required. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping and Handling (if applicable)

All firearms must be shipped in full compliance with ATF and federal regulations.
Serialized frames must be sent through a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee).
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including insurance and signature confirmation.

Refunds and Dispute Resolution

Due to the custom nature of stippling, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Disputes regarding workmanship may be resolved at Chosen Armory’s discretion through inspection and, if appropriate, reasonable adjustments.

Chosen Armory maintains proper insurance coverage for its operations.
All firearms are subject to safety inspection before and after modifications to ensure proper function and handling.
