DW – Terms and Conditions for Firearm Stippling Services
Stippling is a precision process that enhances the grip, functionality, and aesthetic of a firearm through customized texturing. By submitting a firearm for stippling, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure legal compliance, protect both parties, and establish clear expectations for service delivery.
1.
Legal Compliance
- The customer affirms full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws.
- Firearm modifications must not alter the legal classification or functional integrity of the weapon.
2.
Ownership and Authorization
- Only the legal owner of the firearm may submit it for stippling services.
- Proof of ownership may be required prior to the commencement of any work.
3.
Warranty and Liability
- Firearm stippling is a permanent modification and may void any manufacturer warranty.
- Chosen Armory is not liable for any damage incurred during or after the stippling process, except in cases of proven negligence.
- A liability waiver must be signed prior to service initiation, releasing Chosen Armory from claims relating to alterations.

Customization and Design Specifications
- A variety of stippling patterns, textures, and finishes are available.
- Customers are solely responsible for approving or providing design specifications. Once work begins, design changes may not be possible.
5.
Durability and Maintenance
- Stippling is a non-reversible procedure. Repairs or alterations may not restore the firearm’s original appearance or texture.
- Proper care of stippled surfaces is essential for longevity and performance. Maintenance guidelines will be provided upon request.
6.
Turnaround Time
- Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order and are subject to change based on workload, materials, or unforeseen delays.
7.
Pricing and Payment Terms
- A detailed quote, including stippling and any additional customization services, will be provided prior to starting work.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
8.
Shipping and Handling (if applicable)
- All firearms must be shipped in full compliance with ATF and federal regulations.
- Serialized frames must be sent through a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee).
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including insurance and signature confirmation.
9.
Refunds and Dispute Resolution
- Due to the custom nature of stippling, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Disputes regarding workmanship may be resolved at Chosen Armory’s discretion through inspection and, if appropriate, reasonable adjustments.
10.
Insurance and Safety Protocols
- Chosen Armory maintains proper insurance coverage for its operations.
- All firearms are subject to safety inspection before and after modifications to ensure proper function and handling.
